a. Public Alliance Community Energy (ACE) 2018 kickback proceeds of $3,172. Proceeds for 2017 were $2,498 and the proceeds for 2016 were $1,989. Utility Clerk Wroblewski sent ACE flyers in the new comer packets, had flyers on the City counter, placed ACE stickers on utility bills, gave out ACE writing pens and advertised through the St. Paul Nebraska website. Ace - Choice Gas Selection Period updates (Boy Scouts will no longer hang ACE door hangers, due to some people already having made a selection for their gas choice. This is creating confusion for people). If the Boy Scouts apply for a community service project through ACE, ACE will pay St. Paul $300 for the project. b. Library security door installation has been completed
