Discuss - Approve / Deny the Final Plat regarding the Middle Loup Subdivision, more described as a tract of land located in the remaining part of Tax Lot Thirteen (13), in part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska. The St. Paul Planning Commission recommended approval of the final plat on Monday, April 29, 2019. The Subdivider, St. Paul Development Corporation, has complied with the requirements of the St. Paul Zoning Regulations. Olsson (engineers for the project) will verify that storm drainage for the subdivision is sufficient as a result of the recent flooding.

Mayor Bergman received a letter on April 16, 2019 from Chad Holmes, President / Business Manager of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 1597 in accordance with Article 26 of the Agreement between the City of St. Paul and IBEW 1597. The Union is requesting to meet with representatives of the City to negotiate changes to the Agreement.
