Discussion:
Korey Theye reported on recent student activiites.

2.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Principal Mezger reported on the recent "Block the Door " event. Over 2,060 pounds of food and goods were raised and donated to the Wymore Food Pantry. He also reported on the upcoming inservice on February 14, and ACT date at school, which is April 16.

3.1. Accept resignation of Jan Liscom due to professional advancement effective February 14.
Discussion:
The Board thanks Ms. Liscom for her twenty years of service and wishes her the best in the future.

Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle reported that he was getting quotes for rubber mulch for the elementary playground, and would seek a state grant to help cover the cost. In the meantime, new wood chips would be put down this spring.
He also was going to get some quotes on painting the outside of the old HS gym. |

Discussion:
Superintndent Meyerle reported that Sheri Shonka would be at the June Board meeting to give a presentation on ALICAP Insurance. He also discussed LB 974 and the effects it would have on local school finances.

Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle's 2020-21 salary will be $132,272, and Mr. Mezger's 2020-2021 salary will be $101,674.

President Kostal adjourned the meeting at 7:28pm. The next regular meeting is scheduled for March 9 at 7:30pm.
