Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle noted that the annual NASB convention is in Omaha next month, and inquired which Board members were interested in attending. He also noted to the Board that he may use some vacation days in the coming weeks, but would inform the Board when he would do so. |

President Stohs reminded the Board that he had sent them information regarding the annual evaluation of Mr. Meyerle which is to be done in November. |

President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 7:58pm. The next regular meeting is November 14 at 7:30pm at the elementary school in Diller.
