Discussion:
Dr. Prososki presented a copy of the 2015-2016 annual report. He gave updates on MAP assessments and NAEP, and special programs enrollment data.

2.3. Request from Fairbury Journal-News to be the official paper for the school
Discussion:
The Fairbury Journal-News presented information on costs to be the official paper of the school. A decision will be made at the January Board meeting on the official paper.

4.1. Technology Update
Discussion:
Dr. Prososki reported on an upcoming Civil Rights Collection, Hour of Code, Info Tech night and ipad/laptop use for students over Christmas.

4.2. Facility Update
Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle noted that bids for the fitness center/locker room project in Diller are due on Dec. 21 at 1:00pm. The bids will be opened at 1:05pm.

Mr. Meyerle reported on the bus driving opening and the 7-12 ag teaching opening |

7.1. Review of Superintendent Contract
Discussion:
The Board reviewed Mr. Meyerle's Superintendent contract. By the contract renewal, his contract will run through June 30, 2020.

Discussion:
The Board review Committee assignments for 2017. Gary Stohs, Toni Landenberger, and Paul Kostal gave a summary on the recent NASB conference in Omaha. |

The Board returned to regular session at 9:05pm

Discussion:
President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 9:06 pm. The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for January 9, 2017 at 7:30 pm at the high school in Odell. |
