Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle administered the Oath of Office to Board members, and they each signed a copy.

Discussion:
The Board approved retaining officers for 2021: Paul Kostal President, Toni Landenberger Vice President, and Angie Clifford Secretary/Treasurer.

Discussion:
Braeden Humphreys presented a report on recent student activities.

Principal Mezger reported on the beginning of the second semester.

Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle reported he was getting quotes on painting the south side of the old gym on the outside. He is also getting quotes to covering the edging on the old gym roof that is in need of repair.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle noted that the 2019-20 Annual report is available on the school website. He also noted he would like to discuss the 2021-22 salaries for he and Principal Mezger in the coming months.
The contract with teachers is in place for 2021-22 with a base salary of $37,675. Negotiations will begin for 2022-23 in the fall. |

Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle will begin plans for the Board to have a workshop for future school planning in March. Items to discuss would include: curriculum, facilities, busing, and staffing.
Board members are encouraged to attend the NRCSA convention in Kearney March 25-26. |
