2.1. Student Report
Discussion:
Braeden Humphreys presented a student report on recent activities that included Basketball, FFA, Quiz Bowl, FBLA, and Speech. Congratulations to Mrs. Coufal and Ms. Cooper on the success in Speech and congratulations to the state qualifiers and all of the medalists at Districts.

2.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Principal Mezger reported the upcoming Kindergarten Round up on April 28, NSCAS and MAP assessments, and preparations for the elementary Open House and 7th Grade Orientation in August.

2.3. Approve Senior Sneak Schedule
Discussion:
The Seniors Sneak schedule to Lincoln and Omaha was reviewed.. The Sneak Day is May 6.

4.1. Technology Update
Discussion:
Principal Mezger reported that Info Tech night will be August 9, and that this year's NETA conference will be a virtual event.

4.2. Facility Update
Discussion:
Summer projects include: Painting the outside of the old gym in Odell and some work on the roofs edging. The landscaping near the shop will be finished by Mr. Lister and students. There will be some concrete replaced north of the gym in Diller.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Superintendent Meyerle reported that an extra duty schedule for 2021-22 would be provided to the Board at the April meeting.
He reported that all staff that want the COVID vaccine may get their first shot Friday, March 12. Superintendent Meyerle provided the Board a packet of information for the Board for the upcoming work session on March 15. Topics will include, busing, curriculum, class schedules, facilities, option enrollment, and staffing. |

7.1. Approve administrative salaries for 2021-22
Discussion:
After researching the array of schools administration salaries, the Board set the 2021-2022 Administration salaries at $139,000 for Superintendent Meyerle and $106,000 for Principal Mezger.

7.2. Committee Reports
Discussion:
The upcoming NRCSA conference is March 25-26. Superintendent Meyerle will register Board members planning on attending.

Discussion:
President Kostal adjourned the meeting at 8:00pm. The Board has a work session scheduled for March 15 at 6:30pm in Diller. The next regular meeting will be April 12 at 7:30 in Diller.
