Discussion:
The Board discussed the Americanism requirements of LB 399 and reviewed curriculum material.

No public testimony on Americanism was received.

Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle led an overview of the 2019-20 budget. Valuation, and property tax history was discussed. The Board also was given an update on mileage of all school vehicles.

Discussion:
President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 7:45pm. The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for 7:30pm, Septemebr 9, 2019 at the High School Media Center in Odell. The 2019-20 Budget Hearing and Tax Request Hearing are scheduled for 7:20pm and 7:25pm on Septemebr 9. The Board of Education will usually adhere to the sequence of the published agenda, but reserves the right to adjust the order of items if necessary and may elect to amend the agenda as deemed necessary
