Discussion:
Chad Lottman's absence was excused.

2.2. Girl Scout Presentation on summer trip
Discussion:
The Girl Scouts gave a presentation on their summer trip to Greensburg, KS. The presentation encouraged the use of green energy for future generations.

2.3. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Prososki highlighted the 2014-15 Annual Report and addressed the Final AQuESST Classification report. He stressed that Diller-Odell Schools did very well in the new classification system.
Dr. Prososki also reported on the November 6 Regional In-Service held at Fairbury. He also noted that Perry Gydesen and Sharon Gydesen would be the speakers at the 2016 graduation.

4.1. Technology Update
Discussion:
Dr. Prososki reported on the Bright Bytes Survey which is to improve the impact of technology on student learning. He also reported on the Hour of Code at the elementary school and some plans for Info Tech night in August.

Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle noted that he was awaiting plans from the architect on a possible fitness center project.
He provided the Board a possible layout of equipment in fitness center.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle noted the passed of the ESSA by the House and the Senate. This will replace NCLB.

7.1. Review of Superintendent Contract
Discussion:
The Board reviewed Mr. Meyerle's Superintendent contract which by rolling over extends to June 30, 2019.

7.2. Committee Reports
Discussion:
Gary Stohs and Toni Landenberger, who attended the State School Board Conference in November, gave a summary of information gathered.

8. Adjournment
Discussion:
President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 8:36pm. The next regular meeting is January 11, 2016 at the elementary school in Diller. The time is TBA due to MUDECAS basketball.
