1. Declaration of Intend – Open Meetings Act
Discussion:
Notice of the meeting was posted on December 6th, 2021 in the Villages of Sumner, Eddyville and Miller and posted to the SEM Mustang school Facebook Page, and School Reach Call, for the board meeting to be held on December 13, 2021 at 7:30pm. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Library. Board President Matt Hothem opened the board meeting at 7:45pm.
