3.1. Discussion of Resolution, Intent and, potential policy, handbook, certified evaluation changes with NDE, and All Levels -- Code of Ethics.
Discussion:
Mr. Finkey spoke about the process and how to move forward from the last board meeting.
Board members that voted Nay on the Resolution, stated that they voted that way because they did not know the facts. Mr. Finkey stated, "Then we did our job, because it is a confidential matter." Mr. Schmidt stated, that the resolution was written by the Board's attorney, and that the attorney had reviewed all of the documents. There was discussion on what could happen as a result of this process. |

Discussion:
The Board discussed goals, and were in agreement with being fiscally responsible to the district. Facilities, student recognition, and curriculum were some of the items discussed.
