Rationale:
Notice of the Board of Education Retreat/Workshop was posted to the SEM Mustang school website, Front Door of the School, and Post Office to be held August 1, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The agenda was available on the SEM Mustang school website. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. This meeting was an informational meeting only. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Library.
