1. Declaration of Intend
Rationale:
The Sumner-Eddyville-Miller School Board will hold a public Tax Request Hearing on the proposed 2024-2025 Budget on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 7:45 pm. The hearing will be held at Sumner-Eddyville-Miller School Library, 205 E. 5th, Sumner, NE. for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the proposed tax request.
Notice of the hearing was posted in the Elm Creek Beacon Observer, Villages of Sumner, Eddyville and Miller and posted to the SEM Mustangs website, facebook page, and school reach call. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Media Center. |
