Approve Robin Kappler to fill the position vacated by the resignation of Tiffany Johnson, said appointment to be effective from the date of November 1st, 2018 and continue until a registered voter is nominated by the next primary election and elected at the following general election for the remainder of Tiffany Johnson's unexpired term. Passed with a motion by Bruce Sedivy and a second by Scott Claycomb.
