1.3. Declare the meeting to be open, legal, and properly advertised

1.4. Madison Public Schools Mission Statement

2. Negotiations Meeting #2 with representatives of the Madison Education Association

3. Review of Insurance and Negotiated Agreement

4. Entertain the MEA offer or set date with MEA for the next meeting.

5. Board of Education request to caucus.

6. Discuss the Board of Education counter offer.

7. MEA agrees to take offfer back to the MEA mamebership or schedule a second meeting. 

8. Adjournment
