I will be sharing information with the board in regards to an agreement for this, the teachers that would qualify for this, and three options for how this could be figured. The board will need to decide:
1. Do we want this agreement for a one year period of time? If yes then: 2. How many ERIP's will be accepted? 3. Which option for payout does the board want to offer?
