1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
Discussion:
President Gould called the meeting to order at 4:35 PM and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

2. Motion to Excuse Board Member's Absence
Discussion:
Motion by Black, second by Breitkreutz to excuse the absence of Matt Blanchard. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.

3. Open Meeting Law
Discussion:
President Gould reminded the audience that the Open Meeting Laws are displayed in the back of the room for their review.

4. Purpose of the Special Meeting
Discussion:
To determine a bid recipient for the 67 acres of land just south of the high school (Lot 22 in SE 1/4 Section 9-T12N-R6E of the 6th P.M.) that was purchased by Raymond Central Public Schools. The School Board became aware of the land up for auction in July and held a special meeting on July 17 to discuss the possibility of acquiring the property. With assets available in the Building Fund and not knowing what the future holds for Raymond Central Schools, the land was seen as an opportunity with no plans in mind. Any future project that may arise will be community round table discussions.

6.1. Review Cash Rent Bids - Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action

Discussion:
Seven sealed bids were received for a one year 2019 cash rent farm lease of 66 cropland acres. Motion by Springer, second by Black to award the bid to Kyle Schwarting at $201.51/acre pending a mutually agreed upon contract. RCV 4-0, Abstained-1. Motion carried.
