Three candidates were formally interviewed for the Interim Superintendent Position: Dr. Ken Howard, Lynn Johnson and Scott Shepard.

Discussion:
Motion by Gould, second by Breitkreutz to offer a one year contract to Lynn Johnson for $142,500.00. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.
