President Gould called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

2. Motion to Excuse Board Member's Absence
Discussion:
Motion by Black, second by Breitkreutz to excuse the absence of Matt Blanchard. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.

Discussion:
President Gould reminded the audience that the Open Meeting Laws are displayed in the back of the room for their review.

4.1. Opposition to the Approved 8 Barn Chicken Farm Location to the Jr/Sr High School - Consider, discuss and take all necessary action
Discussion:
Motion by Breitkreutz, second by Black to continue opposition of the Approved 8 Barn Chicken Farm Location one mile from the Jr-Sr High School and file a formal appeal. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.
