1. Call to Order
Discussion:
President Breitkreutz called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM.

2. Motion to Excuse Board Member's Absence
Discussion:
President Breitkreutz asked for a motion to excuse Board Member Matt Blanchard. No one made the motion so he was considered unexcused.

3. Open Meeting Law
Discussion:
All were reminded that Open Meeting Laws would be followed.
|

4. Interview Superintendent Candidates
Discussion:
The Board of Education interviewed four candidates for the position of Superintendent.

5. <Potential> Closed Session to evaluate superintendent candidates, credentials, and background information
Discussion:
Motion by Benes, second by Matulka to enter closed session at 4:17 PM. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.

6. Discuss, Consider and Take Necessary Action to Hire a Superintendent and/or Approve a Superintendent Contract
Discussion:
The Board returned to regular session at 4:43 PM. Motion by Matulka, second by Benes to offer the Superintendent position to Bryan Hanson at a salary of $155,000.00. RCV 5-0. Motion carried. President Breitkreutz called Bryan Hanson to offer the position to him and he accepted.

Motion by Burklund, second by Benes to adjourn the meeting at 4:45 PM. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.
