President Breitkreutz called the Workshop to order at 6:00 PM and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Discussion:
Motion by Breitkreutz, second by Matulka to excuse the absence of Mary Benes. RCV 5-0. Motion carried.

Topics of discussion included the following: Board/Superintendent Goals; Moving Forward - Like Grades - K-2 and 3-5; add staff to address large class sizes; manage our own behavioral program; Student Teacher Stipends; move from Cognia to the Nebraska Framework Model; Equity Statement; move away from the contracted time with Pine Cove and hire a full time sysop; and scheduling committee meetings for the fall.
