1. BOND FUND REFINANCE
Discussion:
Scott lead the board through discussion of reissuing the bonds. He talked to the board about a bank vs a bond agent doing the refinancing. The board is deciding whether the savings is at a point where we can have a substantial savings and refinance the bonds.
Email Karen to see if she is a bond attorney. Can she determine if she can declare the bonds as tax free.
