2. Developing Superintendent Performance Objectives
Discussion:
Randy Gilson led the board and administrators through exercises to identify areas of strength and areas of need in the district. Results of the community surveys were referenced to identify areas of need. A goal was identified to be refined and adopted for Mr. Kobza to develop Professional Learning Communities during the 2018-19 school year. The goal is to begin by answering the questions, "What do we want students to know and do?" Curriculum will be developed K-12 for Science and Technology during the 2018-19 school year.
