Budget Hearing was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Matt Sullivan.

2. Purpose of the special hearing is for hearing support, position, criticism, suggestions or observations of patrons relating to the 2019-2020 proposed budget.

3. Review of the 2019-2020 proposed budget figures

Mr. Kobza reviewed the proposed budget disbursement projections.
