Update on Bridge School Heartland Roofing Update
Discussion:
Rachel Loucks provided update on Bridge School that has nine students. Mr. Cook reported that some students participate in a work-study either at their job out in the community or at the school.
Board had a zoom meeting with Dirk from Heartland Roofing who provided an update. Currently working the on roof connected to the elementary and have finished above the gyms. Wednesday will start on the roof on the south side and Dirk will be on-site. There were four crews in the beginning but are down to just one crew now. He expects to be completed middle of next week and is within budget. |

2.3. Student Ambassador Report
Discussion:
Rayne Biltoft gave the student ambassador report. Homecoming was held September 2, FBLA officers will attend Fall Leadership and will help serve at the Harvest Moon Gala together with the student council. Student council and band will be selling Eileen's cookie dough and the band is performing at halftime of all home football games. Choir is working on concert etiquette projects and Drama is doing the play Ruby of Elsinore. FFA members will attend Husker Harvest Days.

4.1. Principals' Reports
Discussion:
Mrs. Fierstein reported that mClass (formerly Acadience) and MAPS testing has been completed. CCC met last week and are moving forward with standards-based grading. Mr. Cook gave an update on enrollment as well as the number of participants in fall sports. On To College will be offered again this year to interested students. He talked about the social emotional presentation that Dante Boelhower gave on August 22 and thought it was well received.

4.2. Superintendent's Report
Regional meeting Sept 20 in York. NASB. Special Hearing and budget hearing. Safety project updates -Glass tinting -Doors -Garage door
Discussion:
The Special Hearing and Budget Hearing is September 26. Mr. Kobza reported only one person is required to attend the Special Tax Hearing that will be held at Superior Public School. Safety project update was provided regarding glass tinting, garage door at kitchen entrance, doors by the shop have been replaced as well as the greenhouse door. Other doors have been ordered. School received Alicap Safety Honor Roll Award.

Discussion:
Peggy attended the CCC meeting on September 7. Focused on finalizing core subjects and getting assessments ready. Finance met to review the budget.
