2. Purpose of the special hearing is for hearing support, position, criticism, suggestions or observations of patrons relating to the 2025-2026 proposed budget

3. Review of 2025-2026 proposed budget
Discussion:
The board reviewed the proposed budget and there was discussion about how the timing has changed as to when receiving taxes.
