Discussion:
Chris Cerveny and Ray Collins updated the Board on the meetings the committee held with the managed IT businesses. The Board approved the committee to move forward in finding the appropriate IT business to work with.

6.2.1. Consider, discuss and act on support of proposal by Mr. Bates/Mr. Bruss representing "Pathways to Progress" a local group planning walking trails in the community
Discussion:
Roger Chrans, Mayor of Wilber and Dusten Bruss presented a proposal for walking trails in Wilber that will follow the Child Obesity Act and help promote wellness.

Discussion:
Mr. Collins reviewed the Annual Financial Report (AFR) that was uploaded to NDE with the Board.

6.2.4. Desired Items for School Board Retreat, Wednesday, January 11, 2017
Discussion:
Mr. Collins reminded the Board of the School Board Retreat coming up on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. He asked that if any of the Board members had items they wanted to see or discuss at the retreat to please let him know.

6.2.5. Review Superintendent's Evaluation forms and procedures
Discussion:
The Board was given the evaluation forms and the procedures and policies for the Superintendent's evaluation.

6.2.6. Review of School Board Election Certification (if available)
Discussion:
This item was removed from the agenda as we have not yet received the official school board election certification from the county.

Discussion:
Mrs. Radcliff gave the Board members an update of the K-6 activities and events at the elementary.

Mr. Fritch updated the Board members on the 7-12 building events and transportation updates.

Discussion:
Mr. Muller updated the Board on the activities and technology. An update was given on the upcoming Class C-2 State football game being played on November 22nd at 10:15 a.m.

The next regular meeting of the Wilber Clatonia Board of Education will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. After seeing no objections, President Sykes adjourned the meeting at 8:13 p.m.
