Discussion:
Discussion was had on a final SPED claim from ESU1. If approved before Sept. 1st, the reimbursable rate will be 40%.

3.2. Approve Transfer of General Funds ($800,000), Depreciation ($300,000), Building ($500,000) into 13 month certificate of deposits (CD's).

Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing and The Board discussed the benefits of transferring funds from the General, Depreciation and Building funds into CD's. Brian Wakeley joined the meeting at 12:14 pm.
