Discussion:
A discussion was had on the sprinkler system. The water wheel used to currently water the field will cost 15,000 to replace. This bid is a little over half that price.

7.1. Streaming at Ball Games (Future Planning).
Discussion:
Discussion was had on streaming ball games. Mr. Hoesing will ask Josh Barney to draw up a proposal for the streaming of our winter athletic events.

7.2. Wausa Community Club Cost Increase
Discussion:
Discussion was had on the community club raising rates from 1000.00 per year to 1300.00 per year to help host the community website and social media pages. The Village and economic development have already approved the increase. Board decided that the community club hasn't increased in several years, so the increase was probably appropriate, and that Hanna McQuay has done a wonderful job keeping it up.

Discussion:
Building and grounds will need to meet over getting bidding out for work this next summer on fire prevention measures.
