President Mike Kumm called the meeting to Order at 8:00 PM. All members were present.

Discussion:
President Mike Kumm welcomed everyone to the meeting and outlined the agenda/presentation for the day. A presentation was given by the board and administration, with Katie Clausen giving an outline of the purpose of the meeting, Derek Cunningham presenting what had transpired so far between Osmond and Wausa, Mr. Hoesing providing an outline of the fiscal situation of Wausa Public Schools in relation to their peers, and Mr. Anderson presented enrollment numbers, brochure information provided, student enrollment numbers of both schools, boys and girls trends of both schools, and football enrollments, deadlines, and other information provided by the brochure and supplemental information provided by the schools. Mr. Kumm remarked that after the adjournment he as well as several others would stay and assist with parent's and patrons' questions.
