Discussion:
Mrs. Clausen welcomed two guests, Mrs. Amanda Nipp and Mr. Eric Wynia. Both will be coming onto the school board in January.

6.1. 2024-25 Wausa School Budget and Tax Asking
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing outlined the budget process, going over the budget document, tax history, School comparisons, general fund line-item budget, Summary Balances 2024-25, Receipts and state aid, strategic planning, and how that ties into the budget document, State Budget Manual.

6.2. Potential Track Funding
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing went through some potential funding options if the board wants to move on ta project for an athletic complex renovation. Through discussion, the board directed Mr. Hoesing and the administration team to work to find local people who may want to be on a committee to work on finding local funding resources in addition to potential school or state resources.
