Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing presented a short 10 minute video sent out previously to the public via youtube.com on the proposed project down at the track & field complex.

6. Public Comment/Q&A
Discussion:
Public Comment was taken by Mr. Hoesing on behalf of the board. Questions included:
"Is there a reason we’re not approaching this bond the same way we approached the last bond in regards to shareholder input" "How many years is this bond?" "What type of material is this track and why did you choose that type of material?" "Are the interest rates tax exempt?" "How long will it be before its completed if this passes?" "Are we grandfathered in on the ADA compliance/non compliance of the bleachers" "Do you think the parking lot is big enough?" "Will we still have visitor bleachers?" "Does adding pole vault change your insurance needs?" Mr. Hoesing worked to answer the questions, and promised the community that an updated Q&A will be sent out to the public after the board had their regular meeting on Monday, in order to ensure accurate information goes out. |
