1) Call to Order/Roll Call for Quorum:
Discussion:
Chair Kroos called meeting to order at 7:36 p.m.
Attendance: Trustee Kroos-present, Trustee Knuth-present, Trustee Uden-present, Colon-Absent. (Trustee Ehly arrived at 7:48 p.m.) Also present: Village Clerk/Treasurer-Shelley Dick, (Village Superintendent-Jeff Edmundson arrived at 7:41 p.m.) |

2) Notice of the "Open Meetings Act Literature" location:
Discussion:
Chairman Kroos gave notice of the location of the Open Meetings Act Literature to be on the south wall of meeting room.

3) Open Public Budget Hearing: (Board to discuss and hear public comments regarding the proposed 2021-2022 budget and setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year's tax request - budget hearing close no earlier than 8 pm or when all public comments are finished)
Discussion:
Chairman Kroos opened the Budget Hearing at 7:36 p.m. for the purpose of hearing discussion from the public with regard to the 2021-2022 proposed budget and for the purpose of setting the final tax request different from last year. Clerk Dick provided copies of the proposed budget and tax request for review to the board as well as to the public. There was no discussion from the public on the proposed budget for 2021-2022.
