Assistant Chair Knuth called meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

Discussion:
Clerk Dick called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Assistant Chair Knuth, Trustee Ehly, Trustee Higel were present to form the quorum.

3) Open Public Budget Hearing: Public Board Meeting for the board to discuss and hear public comments regarding the proposed 2022-2023 budget and setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year's tax request - budget hearing closes no earlier than 8:00 p.m. or when all public comments are finished.
