1) Roll Call-Quorum Established:
Discussion:
Clerk Dick called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Chair Knuth, Trustee Uden, Trustee Higel and Trustee Ehly were present to form the quorum. Absent: Asst. Chair Kroos, Others present: Village Superintendent- Casey Hughes, Village Clerk/Treasurer- Shelley Dick, Village Planning & Zoning Rep- Henry Wilson, W Design- Steve Wolford, SCEDD- Josh Young, Olsson- Brian Fredrichson, Residents- Dale Fearnot, Tayden Payne, Farron Schnase, Matt Jaeschke and Tonya Hanson.

The committee is waiting on a property to put the New Community Park in. No action.

11) Clerk Report:
Discussion:
Clerk Dick reported to the board of a new property owner that had not filled out a Utility Application. A Utility Application was given to the new property owner by the previous owner and a Utility Application was mailed on June 27th. The board asked Clerk Dick to mail another application by certified mail.
Clerk Dick told the board that the resident with five dogs still has not registered any of them nor re-homed any of the Dangerous or Vicious Dogs. The board told Clerk Dick to have the Sheriff's Department remove all but one of the Dangerous or Vicious Dog Breeds. Clerk Dick informed the board of the complaints she had received about an opossum family living on the property of 207 N 4th Ave and she sent a certified letter to the property owners' Utility Billing address stating they had 10 days from receipt of the letter to rectify the nuisance. |

14)a) Discussion - Approve/Deny: Olsson Drainage Survey
Discussion:
Brian Fredrichson, Olsson, explained to the Board that the Village of Kenesaw has some existing drainage concerns including silted in culverts and undersized pipes. He also explained that the current ditches give a place for surface water to flow from the streets & neighboring yards and some of these ditches have been filled in over time. He suggested that the village get a drain analysis on areas of town, develop a plan and then start improving from the downstream side to ensure the outlet can handle the storm water properly. The Board asked Brian to create a proposal and bring it to the next meeting. Tabled.

Discussion:
Trustee Ehly said that he did not think this was the right time to start this project.

14)c) Discussion - Approve/Deny: Deeming a Pitbull and a Labradoodle, that are located at 209 N Doane Ave, Potentially Dangerous Dogs
Discussion:
After discussion with the dog owners, the board decided that there was video proof that the labradoodle was not the dog that was involved in the attack and they felt the pitbull incident did not have enough proof to deem it a potentially dangerous dog either.
