1) Roll Call-Quarum Established:
Discussion:
Clerk Dick called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Trustee Higel, Trustee Ehly, and Trustee Uden were present to form the quorum. Asst. Chair Kroos was absent and Chair Knuth arrived at 7:20 p.m. Others present: Village Superintendent- Casey Hughes and Village Clerk/Treasurer- Shelley Dick

2) Open Public Budget Hearing: Public Board Hearing for the board to discuss and hear public comments regarding the proposed 2023-2024 budget and setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year's tax request - budget hearing closes no earlier than 7:30 p.m. or when all public comments are finished.
