Clerk Dick called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Trustee Higel, Trustee Ehly, Asst. Chair Kroos, Chair Knuth and Trustee Uden were present to form the quorum. Others present: Village Superintendent- Casey Hughes, Village Clerk/Treasurer- Shelley Dick, Jones Group- Kevin Krull and Fox Insurance- Nate Fox.
