Discussion:
Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Trustee Higel, Assistant Chair Kroos, Chair Knuth and Trustee Uden were present to form the quorum. Others present: Village Clerk/Treasurer-Jodi Randall, Kenesaw School Board members, Village Attorney Shon Lieske, School Attorney Justin Knight, & Community Residents

Discuss with the Kenesaw Public School Board and Attorneys Retained by each Party the possibility of participating in a joint venture to renovate the Kenesaw Auditorium for the benefit of both public agencies.
