1) Roll Call-Quarum Established:
Discussion:
Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Asst. Chair Kroos, Chair Knuth, Trustee Higel, and Trustee Uden were present to form the quorum. Trustee Ehly was absent. Others present: Village Superintendent- Casey Hughes, Village Assistant Superintendent-Glen Kuehn, and Village Clerk/Treasurer - Jodi Randall. Dale Sidders along with other residents were in attendance.

2) Public Hearing Called to Order for
Discussion:
The meeting started at 7:15pm

3) Open Public Budget Hearing: Public Board Hearing for the board to discuss and hear public comments regarding the proposed 2024-2025 budget and setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year's tax request - budget hearing closes no earlier than 7:30 p.m. or when all public comments are finished.

Discussion:
Dale Sidders asked what the total increase was for this budget. Clerk Randall shared the budget paperwork with Sidders to address his question.
