1) Roll Call-Quorum Established:
Discussion:
Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Asst. Chair Knuth, Trustee Higel, Trustee Sidders, and Trustee Legg were present to form the quorum. Chair Kroos was absent. Others present: Village Superintendent — Glen Kuehn, Village Assistant Superintendent—Scott Uden, and Village Clerk/Treasurer, Jodi Randall. W Design Steve Wolford, Onpoint Construction Kevin Kreger, Taylor Jacobitz, Brian Bittfield, Dustin Mayfield and additional public residents.

Discussion:
Explained to the residents they would need to hire someone to complete a drainage analysis to prove what size of pipe would be required. They can work with Olssons or another engineer but this would be at the owners expense.

Discussion:
Explained to the board that Cuprem was sent an email with possible options from Brian from Olssons. Also Clerk Randall informed the board that a credit for the 42 months of over charged sewer charged is posted to their account.

11)f) Discussion- Kenesaw Pool Updates
Discussion:
Scott from JEO came down to have a conversation with Chair Kroos, Pool manager Kroos and Clerk Randall. We gave a tour to him to help him guide us in the direction for upcoming pool. We also have Burbach Aquatics sendin over information as well to the Village.

Superintendent Kuehn spoke with the board about the issues with 316 Asphalt not completing the work on the roads south. No contract signed so we will be going to look for other bids to get them done.
