Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Chair Kroos, Asst. Chair Knuth, Trustee Sidders, Trustee Higel and Trustee Legg were present to form the quorum. Others present: Village Superintendent — Glen Kuehn, Village Clerk/Treasurer — Jodi Randall, Assistant Superintendent — Scott Uden.

5) Action from Executive Session:
Discussion:
The Board discussed employee wages, benefits, and the development of a more structured process for future wage increases. Following discussion, the Board approved a 5% wage increase for all full-time employees, effective October 1, 2026. The Board also discussed implementing a formal employee evaluation process for future years. The proposed process would include evaluations completed by multiple Board members mid July, with the results considered when determining employee wage increases for the following year. Additionally, the Board expressed interest in utilizing the LARM program and available wage and benefit data to assist in determining Nebraska median compensation levels for comparable positions. This information would be used as a resource when reviewing Village employee wages and benefits going forward.
