1. 7:00 The Council President will declare the meeting open. 

2. 7:01  The City Clerk will call roll.  

3. 7:02  The December 9th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:05  The December 2025 treasurer’s report will be presented. 

5. 7:10  Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:15  A public hearing will be held for the purpose of hearing support and opposition for a Dial-A-Ride Public Transit application for the purchase of a small bus with financial assistance from the Federal Transit Administration. Resolution 2026-1 will be presented for consideration and possible action.

7. 7:20  A public hearing will be held for the purpose of hearing support and opposition for Irish Spirits II for a Class C File 139624 Liquor License. Resolution 2026-2 will be presented for consideration and possible action.

8. 7:25  Consideration and possible action for opening a public street between D & D Plaza (Condos on D Street) and the 6-Plex apartments will be held.

9. 7:40  Discussion and possible action for submitting a grant application for park improvement projects to the Civic & Community Center Financing Fund (CCCFF) with a letter of intent will be held.

10. 7:45  Discussion and possible action for an update on the status of dangerous buildings will be held.

10.a. Discussion and possible action for update on 301 J Street will be held.

10.b. Discussion and possible action for update on 507 East 4th Street will be held.

10.c. Discussion and possible action for update on 1004 R Street will be held.

11. 7:55  Discussion and possible action for recommendation to change the timeframe permitted for demolition completion will be held.

12. 8:05  The Economic Development report will be presented.

12.a. Discussion and possible action for agreement with the Neligh Chamber of Commerce for termination of the current contract with the City of Neligh will be held.

12.b. Discussion and possible action for the use of the Economic Development office by the Neligh Chamber of Commerce will be held.

12.c. Discussion and possible action for the Attraction, Startup, and Transition (AST) application for discounted utilities for Irish Spirits II will be held.

13. 8:15  The December Police Report will be heard.   

14. 8:25  The City Supt.’s report will be presented.

15. 8:40  The New Moon Theater Liaison report will be presented.

16. 8:45  Bills will be presented for approval.

16.a. Consideration and possible action for Blackstrap invoices for weigh tickets will be held.

17. 8:55  The Council President will call for adjournment.
