1. 7:00 The Mayor will declare the meeting open.

3. 7:02 The February 10th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:05 The treasurer’s report for February 2026 will be presented for consideration and possible action.

5. 7:10 Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:15 Consideration and possible action for notice of award from contractor bids for New Moon Community Theater interior demo will be held.

7. 7:25 Discussion and possible action for the sale of the Neligh Fire 1984 Ford Econoline Van will be held.

8. 7:40 Consideration and possible action for notification to LARM, its members and the Department of Insurance to bid the city insurance for possibly October 1, 2026 will be held.

9. 7:50 Resolution 2026-3 for increasing the city sales tax from 1% to 1.5% for public improvements will be presented for consideration and possible action.
