President T. Tegeler called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Members present were: Broberg, Johnsen, Negus, Schutt, T. Tegeler. Absent: R. Tegeler.

President T. Tegeler referred to the open meetings law and welcomed visitors.

Mr. Hahne explained the 2024-2025 proposed budget to those in attendance.
