President Morrill called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Discussion:
Morrill announced that the Open Meetings Laws Act Poster was displayed on the wall at the entrance.

Meeting date, place and time was posted at the Creighton H.S, Creighton Elem, Creighton City Offices and published in the Knox County News.

Tax Request Hearing
Discussion:
Robby - last three years valuations, Down about 1% valuation this year. County gets almost a cent of what we levy. Lots recommend 4-6 months cash reserve, state statute is a percent, Levy page for paper. Shows what happens if valuation is same from one year tonext what the difference is tax asking is.
