President Morrill called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Discussion:
Morrill announced that the Open Meetings Laws Act Poster was displayed on the wall at the entrance.

Meeting date, place and time was posted at the Creighton H.S, Creighton Elem, Creighton City Offices and published in the Knox County News.

Discussion:
Roof - final payment, warranty is started, 20 years EPDM, 35 years on metal around it on fading, etc. Started on Sept. 18. Watch risk dial every Wednesday. Full masks right now. Title 9 - Discrimination and harassment policy. Safety committee meeting through Rule 10. Meeting this week. Have to do two day virtual training. Each school has template with safety plan so schools are all consistent among schools. PT conferences went good, smaller turnout, teachers did contact some parents where they had concerns. Building lease for buses, hasn't said more on fuel barrel. leased bus had a short.
Policy committee - Robby is putting the dates that they were last updated on the policy and then he will send it to Barb to put on the website. Will then distribute on flash drives or through Google Drive. Sparqs is going to put policies online, ,currently have a glitch in their system. New policies sent out to sups on Thursday. listed below. Negotiations - two year agreement. Don't need to meet with CTA this year. American civics listed on website, Sub pay - hasn't changed. $100 a day, para $10.00 an hour, Audit - Oct. 22, Enrollment - 20-21. Total is 279. |

VB/FB Postseasons start soon. XC districts Thursday. NSAA state champtionships changed a little bit for WR format and VB will all be at Pinnacle. One Act we dont know much about yet. Discussing how to do conference one acts. Instructional - teachers doing a good job of balancing kids in person and in quarantine. Build off of what we did last year. MAP testing is completed. Seniors took free ACT last week. Selected for NAEP testing for 8th grade math. Safety - rapid response team training was completed. Using health department to detemine days when students/staff can come back after exposure/quarantine, NSAA mask mandate for post season play,
