Discussion:
Mr. Kraus updated the board on a legislative conference he attended.
Mr. Kraus notified the board about upcoming conferences the board could attend in the upcoming year. There are 14 applications for the principal positions. Mr. Kraus recapped the Mission Statement meeting. The annual report has been given to the board and will be published on the website.
