Rationale:  The meeting date, time and location was published in the Plattsmouth Journal on 

Rationale:  Visitors may address the board during this portion of the meeting.  Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.  Multiple speakers for the same subject should appoint a single spokesperson to address the board for a maximum of 5 minutes. 

Rationale:  The following policies meet KSB's recommendations:

Rationale: 

1. Second semester additional teacher supports are being implemented as necessary

   1. Explicit teaching book study

   2. Peer observations with reflection form / conversation

   3. Self-recording with reflection form / conversation 

   4. Co-Teaching being utilized in some areas where applicable

2. Winter Data Analysis being completed for FAST and MAP - Reading and Math focused

   1. Starting with Core level and working our way down to student level

   2. Looking specifically at some individual data where students appear to be getting it and progressing in class, but data isn’t supporting that growth so we need to find where the disconnect is. 

      1. Changing and/or adding interventions

      2. Collaborating with peers and prior teachers for ideas

3. Completed an Exit Ticket with elementary staff first Friday back to guide next steps with:

   1. ELA resources

   2. Summer professional development for writing - dates and most beneficial groupings

   3. Also had staff share something they were excited about for second semester, a worry/challenge they think they might have, and how I can support them better in the second semester. 

4. Second semester formals are scheduled and will all be completed by March 1st 

5. Second semester walk through schedule has started for consistent feedback to teachers

6. Meeting with Sara Zabrowski-Gates and Debbie Schraeder from ESU3 about math adoption on January 31st 

   1. Going to mirror the work we did with ESU3 while adopting ELA.

7. Working with Becci Burch on preschool handbook revisions, spring home visits schedule, and an open house for 2022-2023 families.
