The Special Board Meeting was called to order at 4:31 PM by Board President Scott Reisig.

Discussion:

6. Move Into Closed Session
|
|
|
6.a. Move pursuant to §84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, also known as the Nebraska Open Meetings Law, that the Board of Education for Scottsbluff Public Schools move into Closed Session to include Superintendent Dr. Andrew Dick, Executive Director of Finance Marianne Carlson, and incoming Executive Director of Human Resources Jana Mason for the purpose of a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining. The Closed Session is necessary for the protection of the public interest.
