The board of education has received a letter from the Norfolk City Education Association to act as the bargaining agent for non-supervisory certificated staff and the school nurses.

Rationale:
The Norfolk Public School must approve the bylaws or any bylaw changes of the Norfolk Public Schools Foundation. This approval is for the change on page 7 of this document - "Article XII - Amendment of By-Laws."
